Common message topics we receive are general feedback about how a tool feels, bug reports (please include the browser, the device and a short description of what you were doing when the issue appeared), feature requests (be specific — "a 12-second timer preset" is more useful than "more timers"), accessibility issues (screen-reader behaviour, contrast or keyboard navigation), partnership inquiries (integrations, brand collaborations, embeds for your school or company), and press or media requests (interviews, quotes, screenshots).
