Terms of Service — ClockAura
These Terms of Service govern your use of ClockAura, an independent productivity-tools site available at https://clockaura.com. By accessing or using ClockAura you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. The site is free, browser-based and provided as-is. It may change, expand or be discontinued at any time. We may update these terms; when we do, we update the "Last updated" date on the rendered page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
ClockAura is a hub of free online timers, stopwatches, pomodoro tools, alarm clocks, world clocks, ambient focus sounds and shareable countdowns. The service runs entirely in your browser; an anonymous client identifier is created in your browser and used to sync any items you choose to save (preferences, picker lists, countdowns, interval presets, Pomodoro session history). You are responsible for activity originating from your device.
When using the service, you agree not to use ClockAura for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, its servers or related systems, probe or test the vulnerability of the service or attempt to bypass any security measure, run automated bots that materially burden the infrastructure (basic well-behaved crawlers are welcome), or reverse-engineer, decompile or distribute the source code of the service for resale.
The ClockAura name, logo, design, source code, copy and all original content are the property of the ClockAura project and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may share links to ClockAura pages freely and embed timers using the embed builder as documented; reproducing the source code or copy in your own product without permission is not allowed. If you submit content — for example a contact-form message, a saved date countdown title, or a picker list — you confirm that the content does not violate any law or third-party right, you grant ClockAura a non-exclusive licence to host and display the content as needed to operate the service, and you understand that we may remove content that we reasonably believe is harmful, offensive or unlawful.
ClockAura displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and may link to third-party websites. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content, products, privacy practices or services. Read the third party's own terms before relying on them. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall ClockAura be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service, without notice, if you breach these terms. You can stop using the service at any time; clearing your browser data removes your client ID and any locally stored items.
