Working out how many days between two dates isn't just simple subtraction — months have different lengths and leap years add a day, so a naive calculation drifts. This tool does the calendar-correct version: enter a "from" and "to" date (optionally with a time of day for more precision) and get both the calendar breakdown in years/months/days and the raw total number of days, hours, minutes and seconds between them.

Can I include a specific time, not just the date?
Yes — tick "Include time of day" to add hours and minutes to both dates for a more precise difference.
How many days between two dates, exactly?
Enter both dates above and the total-days figure appears alongside the years/months/days breakdown. The count is inclusive of every calendar day that passes between them, with leap days handled automatically.
Does it count business days or all days?
It counts all calendar days, including weekends and public holidays. For a working-day count you would need to subtract weekends yourself — most contract and notice periods are specified in calendar days anyway.

Why not just subtract the dates myself?
